SAPS OFFICIALLY ACKNOWLEDGES THE VALIDITY OF GREEN LICENCES The Acting National Commissioner of SAPS on 8 May 2017 issued a directive to all SAPS personnel confirming the legality and validity of the Green Licences issued under the 1969 Act.
